# Enable Local Case Import

Learn how to enable local Case import in Safety General Settings.

## About the Feature

Support for local Case import was added to Veeva Safety in 23R1. This feature allows importing local Cases to Inbox Items from an E2B or Intake Vault API source. Vault can then map localized values to the corresponding localized Inbox Item fields.

See <a href="/en/gr/01135/#local-inbox-item-import">Local Inbox Item Import</a> for more information.
