# Enable WHODrug External Product Auto-Coding

With the 26R1 release, Safety can auto-code _External Products_ against the WHODrug Dictionary, accelerating case processing. Any auto-coding results are suggestions only and should be reviewed.

## Prerequisites
To enable this feature in your Vault: 
* Your organization must maintain a valid <a class="external-link " href="https://who-umc.org/whodrug/whodrug-global" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WHODrug Global subscription<i class="fa fa-external-link" aria-hidden="true"></i></a> to access the <a class="external-link " href="https://who-umc.org/whodrug/whodrug-global/applications-and-services/koda/#HowtoaccessWHODrugKoda" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WHODrug Koda<i class="fa fa-external-link" aria-hidden="true"></i></a>. Any use of the WHODrug Koda in Veeva Safety will be subject to the terms and conditions of your subscription. Your company's WHODrug administrator may need to contact WHODrug to access WHODrug Koda.
* The _WHODrug Dictionary_ record must be in the _Active_ state.

## Overview
To enable this feature in your Vault:
* <a href="/en/gr/26387/#how-to-add-object-fields">Add</a> the _WHODrug KODA User Key_ field to the _WHODrug Dictionary_ object layout on the _Dictionary_ object, below the _License Key_ field.
* Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > Dictionaries > WHODrug Dictionary** and enter your organization's WHODrug Koda API user key in the _WHODrug KODA User Key_ field.
* Optional: To test your organization's WHODrug Koda connection:
    1. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > Dictionaries > WHODrug Dictionary**.
    2. From the **All Actions** menu, select **Validate Dictionary License**.
