# Enable Uploading to Vault Library

Learn how to configure your Vault to upload _Workbench Reports_ to the Vault Library.

## About the Feature

With the 25R1 release, users can now upload _Workbench Reports_ in the _Final Review_ state type directly to the Vault Library and download the PDF rendition. New report fields also allow Vault to categorize the uploaded document. For more information, see <a href="/en/gr/827412/">Upload Workbench Reports to the Vault Library</a>.

## Add the Upload to Library Action

To configure the _Upload to Library_ action, <a href="/en/gr/43127/#assign-actions">assign</a> the action to the _Workbench Report_ object. Leave the _Available in All Lifecycle States_ checkbox unselected.

## Configure the Workbench Report Object Lifecycle

Add the _Upload to Library_ <a href="/en/gr/59885/#define-actions">user action</a> to the _Workbench Report_ object lifecycle for the state assigned the _Final Review_ state type. Create the following rule for this user action:
* **Condition Type**: Always
    * Upload to Library
    * **Action Label**: Enter `Upload to Library`
