# Enable Generating Case Collections from Workbench Case Series

Learn how to configure your Vault to generate _Case Collections_ from _Workbench Case Series_.

## About this Feature

With the 25R2 release, users can generate a _Case Collection_ in the CIOMS I and E2B(R3) formats from a _Workbench Case Series_. This feature allows Safety users to use their _Workbench Report_ output when reporting to external partners. ## Configure Case Collection Actions on Workbench Reports

You must configure the following actions on the _Workbench Report_ object:
* _Generate CIOMS I Masked Collection_
* _Generate CIOMS I Unmasked Collection_
* _Generate E2B R3 Collection_

To do this, <a href="/en/gr/43127/#assign-actions">assign</a> the actions to the _Workbench Report_ object and do one (1) of the following:
* Select the **Available in All Lifecycle States** checkbox to apply <a href="/en/gr/47850/">atomic action security</a> defaults for the applicable lifecycle states.
* Add the action as a <a href="/en/gr/59885/#define-actions">user action</a> to the applicable states of the _Workbench Report Lifecycle_ object lifecycle.

## Grant Object Permissions

Ensure your <a href="/en/gr/22824/#objectpermissions">permission sets</a> are updated to grant users the appropriate level of access to objects and object types according to your organization's process. ## Optional: Configure Notification Preferences

By default, Vault sends <a href="/en/gr/7239/#summary-email-delivery-interval">summary notifications</a> instead of immediate alerts. You can configure your <a href="/en/gr/2157/#configuring-notification-preferences">notification preferences</a> depending on your business needs.
