# Enable Inclusion of Fatal Adverse Events in Cause of Death Column for DSUR

Learn how to configure your Vault to include Fatal Adverse Events in the Cause of Death Column of the DSUR aggregate report.

## About the Feature

With the 25R2 release, Safety provides the ability to include Fatal Adverse Events in the Cause of Death Column of the DSUR aggregate report by enabling the _Display additional fatal events in Cause of Death on List of Subjects Who Died_ application setting.

## Enable Application Setting

To enable the application setting for this feature:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Settings > Application Settings > Aggregate Report Settings**.
2. Select **Edit**.
3. Select the **Display additional fatal events in Cause of Death on List of Subjects Who Died** checkbox.
4. Select **Save**.
