Vault supports bulk importing data from a multi-case CSV file to Inbox Items. Vault extracts data from the CSV file and imports it to Inbox Item fields.

Updates
We have added the following updates to this feature:
- Case Product Device Code Import for Tabular Data Format: With the 26R1 release, Vault supports mapping IMDRF device codes for imported CSV files. To configure your Vault for the updated feature, update the Import Code Mapping layout.
- Improvements to Import to Inbox Item: With the 26R1 release, Vault allows users to import multi-case tabular data only to global Cases. To configure your Vault for the updated feature, update the Tabular Data Format and Transmission Profile layouts.
- Multi-Case CSV Data Import: Low-Touch Automation Efficiency: With the 25R3 release, Vault supports additional value mapping for imported CSV files. To configure your Vault for the updated feature, update the Tabular Data Format and Import Field Mapping layouts.
- Safety Inbox Loader: Multi-CSV ZIP Data Import for VAERS, KAERS, and Custom Formats: With the 24R1 release, Vault supports importing multi-CSV ZIP files to Inbox Items. To configure your Vault for the updated feature, update the Tabular Data Format layout.
Update the Tabular Data Format Layout
Update the Tabular Data Format object layout:
- Insert a Related Object section for the Import Field Mapping object. We recommend labeling this section
Field Mappingsand adding the following default columns:- Target Object Name
- Target Field Name
- To support importing multi-CSV ZIP files to Inbox Items, insert a Related Object section for the Tabular Source File object. We recommend labeling this section
