# Enable Case Data Validations and Always Evaluate Criteria

Learn how to configure your Vault to enable Case data validation without an E2B submission format.

## About the Feature

With the 22R2 release, Safety can validate case data without an E2B submission format. It can also evaluate validation criteria regardless of reportability (for example, submissions to health authorities). See Case & Submission Validation for more information on validating case data.
