# Enable Cross Reporting Most Conservative Submission

Learn how to configure your Vault to enable Most Conservative Submission for Cross Reporting.

## About the Feature

Vault Safety supports the evaluation of additional cross reporting scenarios for situations where there are multiple cross-reporting obligations within the same jurisdiction.

## Update the Organization Object Layout

In the Admin area, go to **Configuration > Objects > Organization > Layouts**. Select the **Agency Detail Page Layout** and add the **Cross Report Priority** field to the **Details** section.

## Configure Cross Reporting

To ensure that cross reporting works correctly for your system, carry out the following:

1. Set the value of the Cross Report Priority field.
2. Define the <a href="/en/lr/01202/#scopes">Transmission Profile Scopes</a> for all of your Agency destinations that have multiple Transmission Profiles.
3. Set the Registration Type on all of your <a href="/en/lr/01216/#add-a-study-registration">Study Registrations</a>, <a href="/en/lr/01215/#add-a-product-registration">Product Registrations</a>, and <a href="/en/lr/01214/#add-a-combination-product-registration">Combination Product Registrations</a>.
