# Enable One Last Time Reporting for All Destinations

Learn how to configure One Last Time reporting in your Vault.

## About the Feature

Prior to the 23R2 release, the evaluation of One Last Time (OLT) Transmissions used a "Rule Set by Rule Set" approach. Consequently, if a Rule Set was executed in a previous version of a Case, it would not be executed in any subsequent follow-up versions where the Case Product, Drug Role, or Study changed. This resulted in under-reporting to health authorities.

With the 23R2 release, the OLT reporting logic automatically assesses all reporting destinations that include Transmissions in the selected states, regardless of the Rule Set configuration.


## Configure One Last Time Reporting for All Destinations

1. Go to **Admin > Settings > ICSR Reporting Settings**.
2. Select **Edit**.
3. From the **One Last Time Reporting for All Destinations** dropdown, select one of the following options, depending on how you want OLT reporting configured in your Vault:
    * **(blank)**: Evaluate OLT Transmissions using only the Safety Reporting Rule Engine and the Rule Sets and Rules configured in your Vault.
    * **ACK Accepted/Completed**: Use the Rules in option 1 and create additional OLT reporting for all destinations in the ACK Accepted or Completed Transmission states.
    * **All Transmission States**: Use the Rules in option 1 and create additional OLT reporting for all destinations in all Transmission states.
4. Save your changes.
