# Enable Subgrouping for Targeted Analysis

With the 26R1 release, you can segment _Product-Event Combination_ (PEC) data into specific subgroups. After you have configured this feature, see <a href="/en/lr/935433/#subgroups">Run Signal Calculations</a> and <a href="/en/lr/935435/#statistical-data-fields">Create Statistical Data</a> for more information.

## Update Object Layouts

For the _Statistical Data_ object layout in the _Details_ section and the _Signal Reporting Period_ object layout in the _Statistical Data_ section, <a href="/en/lr/26387/#how-to-add-object-fields">add</a> the following fields or <a href="/en/lr/26387/#columns">edit the default columns</a> to include:
* _Subgroup_
* _Age Group_
* _Indication_
* _Receipt Year_
* _Region_
* _Route of Admin_
* _Sex_

If other object layouts include a _Statistical Data_ section in your Vault, edit the default columns to include the above fields for those layouts.
