With the 26R2 release, Veeva Safety can utilize WHODrug’s Koda tool to automatically look up and fill in missing UMC MPID data for Company Products. When a Product Registration on a Case Product is created or updated, Vault cross-references the registration with the WHODrug dictionary in the background. If a match is found, Vault populates the missing MPID and caches the lookup logic for easier maintenance.
After you have enabled this feature, see Auto-Code and Browse Products.
