With the 26R3 release, Vault supports event-level and child-level Congenital Anomaly evaluations using EUROCAT and MACDP dictionaries. You can now record evaluation values and additional notes on Child Information and Case Adverse Event records.
After configuring this feature, see Create Workbench Pregnancy Annex 3 Aggregate Reports for more information.
Update the Child Information Layout
To display the Congenital Anomaly evaluation fields on Child Information records:
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Case > Layouts > Child Information.
- In the Family section, complete the following setup:
- Add the Congenital Anomaly - EUROCAT Evaluation field.
- Add the Congenital Anomaly - MACDP Evaluation field.
- To rearrange the fields, drag and drop.
- Select Save.
Update the Case Adverse Event Layout
To display the Congenital Anomaly evaluation fields on Case Adverse Event records:
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Case Adverse Event > Layouts > Adverse Event.
- In the Details section, complete the following setup:
- Add the Congenital Anomaly - EUROCAT Evaluation field.
- Add the Congenital Anomaly - MACDP Evaluation field.
- Add the Congenital Anomaly - Evaluation Notes field.
- To rearrange the fields, drag and drop.
- Select Save.
Grant Object Permissions
Ensure your permissions sets are updated to grant the appropriate level of access for users to objects and fields according to your organization’s process. Manage object permissions from Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets > [Permission Set] > Objects > [Object].
