# Enable Workbench Pregnancy Annex 3 Report Compliance

With the 26R3 release, Vault supports event-level and child-level Congenital Anomaly evaluations using EUROCAT and MACDP dictionaries. You can now record evaluation values and additional notes on _Child Information_ and _Case Adverse Event_ records.

## Update the Child Information Layout

To display the Congenital Anomaly evaluation fields on _Child Information_ records:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > Case > Layouts > Child Information**.
2. In the **Family** section, complete the following setup:
   * Add the _Congenital Anomaly - EUROCAT Evaluation_ field.
   * Add the _Congenital Anomaly - MACDP Evaluation_ field.
3. To rearrange the fields, drag and drop.
4. Select **Save**.

## Update the Case Adverse Event Layout

To display the Congenital Anomaly evaluation fields on _Case Adverse Event_ records:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > Case Adverse Event > Layouts > Adverse Event**.
2. In the **Details** section, complete the following setup:
   * Add the _Congenital Anomaly - EUROCAT Evaluation_ field.
   * Add the _Congenital Anomaly - MACDP Evaluation_ field.
   * Add the _Congenital Anomaly - Evaluation Notes_ field.
3. To rearrange the fields, drag and drop.
4. Select **Save**.

## Grant Object Permissions

Ensure your [permissions sets](https://safety.veevavault.help/en/lr/22824/#object-permissions) are updated to grant the appropriate level of access for users to objects and fields according to your organization's process. Manage object permissions from **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets > [Permission Set] > Objects > [Object]**.
