# Enable Customize Sender Email Address for PVA Document Distribution

Learn how to configure Vault to avoid potential recipient issues with PVA distribution emails.

## About the Feature

With the 24R3 release, you can configure Vault to send Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) emails using your email domain instead of the default "@veevavault.com". This avoids issues with recipient email systems that mark emails that do not come from the sender's email domain as suspect.

## Update the PV Agreement Layout

Complete the following steps to add the _Originating Email_ field to the _PV Agreement_ object layout:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > PV Agreement > Layouts > PV Agreement Detail Page Layout**.
2. In the _Details_ section, add the **Originating Email** field.
3. Select **Save**.
