# Enable Creating Safety Investigations from Literature Articles

Learn how to configure your Vault so users can create a _Safety Investigation_ directly from a _Literature Article_.

## About the Feature

With the 24R3 release, users can create a _Safety Investigation_ for each _Product Family_ on a _Literature Article_ with an independent _Investigation Review Outcome_ that requires further action. Safety creates a _Literature Data_ record to relate the _Safety Investigation_ to the _Literature Article_. This allows for a _Safety Investigation_ to be linked to multiple _Literature Articles_ and _Products_ in _Literature Articles_.

After you have configured this feature, see Create Safety Investigations for Signal Management
and Create Safety Investigations for Signal Data Sources for more information.
