# Enable Expectedness Reevaluation for Postmarket Follow-Ups

You can configure your Vault to reevaluate expectedness based on follow-up information for postmarket _Cases_.

## About the Feature

With the 25R2 release, Vault supports reevaluating expectedness based on new information in an _Inbox Item_ that is merged to an in-flight _Case_ or promoted to a follow-up _Case_. For more information, see <a href="/en/lr/737264/#follow-up-expectedness">How Vault Evaluates Expectedness</a>.

## Update Safety General Settings

To turn on this feature in your Vault:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Settings > Safety General Settings**.
2. Select **Edit**.
3. In the _Auto-generate Assessments_ section, select the **Recalculate Post-Market Expectedness on Follow-up** checkbox
4. Select **Save**.
