# Enable Individual Case Routing Criteria

You can configure rules that tag and route _Cases_ for specialized review.

## About the Feature

With the 25R2 release, Veeva Safety supports configurable rules that Vault uses to tag and route _Cases_ for Signal or medical review. When a _Case_ meets the conditions, Vault applies routing tags and can trigger actions.

## Update Object Layouts

<a href="/en/lr/26387/#how-to-add-object-fields">Add</a> the _Routing Tags_ field to applicable layouts on the _Case_ object.

## Optional: Configure Routing Tags

Based on your business process, you can configure custom _Routing Tag_ <a href="/en/lr/1269/">picklist values</a>.
