# Enable Literature Inclusion in Aggregate Reports

Learn how to configure your Vault to include _Literature Articles_ and _Literature Article Products_ in aggregate reports.

## About the Feature

With the 25R2 release, SafetyDocs extends aggregate reporting functionality by allowing users to mark specific _Literature Articles_ and _Literature Article Products_ for inclusion in aggregate reports.

To configure Literature Inclusion in Aggregate Reports:

## Update Object Layouts {#update-layouts}

To update the _Literature Article_ and _Literature Article Product_ object layouts:
1. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > [Object] > Layouts**.
2. Do one (1) of the following:
  - Create a new custom layout: 
       1. <a href="/en/lr/26387/#copy-a-layout">Copy</a> the **[Object] Detail Page Layout** standard layout.
       2. <a href="/en/lr/26387/#set-a-default-layout">Set the new custom layout as the default</a>.
       3. <a href="/en/lr/26387/#delete-a-layout">Delete</a> any other existing custom layouts.
  - Update the existing default layout: 
       1. Select the **[Object] Detail Page Layout**.
       2. <a href="/en/lr/26387/#how-to-add-object-fields">Add</a> the following fields to the appropriate section (_Review Outcome_ for the _Literature Article_ object and _Details_ for the _Literature Article Product_ object):
         - _Aggregate Report Outcome_
         - _Aggregate Report Special Type_
3. Select **Save**.

## Update the Literature Article Review Workflow {#update-literature-article-review-workflow}
To update the _Literature Article Review_ workflow:
1. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Workflows > Literature Article Review**.
2. In the _Workflow Steps_ section, select **Task: Review Article**.
3. Select **Edit**.
4. In the _Prompts > Verdicts_ section, select **Add Verdict** and populate the fields as follows:
    - **Verdict Label**: Enter `Further Action Necessary`
    - Select **Add Field Prompts** and add the following fields:
        - **ICSR Review Outcome** > Select **Required**
        - **Number of Identified Cases**
        - **Investigation Review Outcome** > Select **Required**
        - **Aggregate Report Outcome** > Select **Required**
        - **Aggregate Report Special Type**
        - **Article Review Notes**
5. Select **Save**.

## Update Sample Aggregate Report Templates {#update-sample-aggregate-report-templates}
To update the sample _Aggregate Report Templates_, complete the following process for both _PBRER Global Template - Complex (Sample)_ and _PSUR Global Template - Complex (Sample)_:
1. Navigate to **Business Admin > Objects > Aggregate Report Templates > [Aggregate Report Template]**.
2. Select **Edit**.
3. Expand the _Aggregate Report Template Item_ section, then select **Create**.
4. In the _Select Section Type_ dialog, select **Vault Report**, then select **Continue** and populate the fields as follows:
  - **Name**: Enter `11.1 Literature Line Listing`
  - **Item Order**: Enter `265`
  - **Source Report**: Select **Sample Literature for Aggregate Reporting**
  - **Report Format**: Select **Excel Template**
  - **Source Report Prompt**: Enter `OSY00000002M019.OSF00000005L373%2C%2C%2CEQ=${ProductFamily}&reportTypeRef1742397460219.OSF000000055178%2C%2C%2CBETWEEN=${DataPeriodStart}%3B%3B${DataPeriodEnd}`
5. Select **Save**.
