# Enable Case Assessment Expectedness Datasheet Type Identification

Learn how to configure your Safety Vault to clearly identify which _Datasheet_ type was used in expectedness evaluations.

## About the Feature

With the 25R2 release, Safety increases visibility into which type of _Datasheet_ Vault used for each expectedness evaluation. The new _Datasheet Type_ field on _Case Assessment Expectedness_ records indicates whether the <a href="/en/lr/01198/#datasheet-types">_Datasheet_</a> type was _Core_, _Local_, _Study IB_, or _Study Product IB_. Vault populates this field on new _Case Assessment Expectedness_ records only. Records created before this field was introduced will not include a value. Optionally, you can grant permissions to applicable users to manually enter _Datasheet Type_ values.

## Update Grid Views

Users can <a href="/en/lr/1745/#add">add</a> the **Datasheet Type** field to the grid view of _Case Assessment Expectedness_ records.

## Grant Object Permissions

Ensure your <a href="/en/lr/22824/#object-permissions">permission sets</a> are updated to grant the appropriate level of access for Admins and users to objects and fields according to your organization's process. Manage object permissions from **Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets > [Permission Set] > Objects > [Object]**.

For users who must manually add _Datasheet Type_ values, grant **Edit** access to the **Datasheet Type** field of the _Case Assessment Expectedness_ object.
