Enable Masked Content Distributions

Learn how to enable masked distributions for study and patient content protection.

Note Beginning with 24R1 in April 2024 and for all subsequent releases, Vault Safety General Release Help content is moving to a new site. Test the new site using Limited Release content.

About the Feature

Masked content distributions were added in Vault Safety 20R1. This feature works with the Vault Safety Transmissions and Reporting Family objects.

This feature allows administrators and Distribution Manager users to generate Distribution records and ICSRs that selectively mask sensitive patient or blinded study data, while continuing to generate unmasked Submission records for regulatory agencies.
