# Enable Multi-Recipient PVA Document Distribution

Learn how to configure your Vault to distribute PVA documents to multiple recipients from a _PVA Activity_.

## About the Feature
With the 25R2 release, SafetyDocs extends the PVA document distribution functionality to enable distributing _PVA Activity_ documents to up to 20 recipients via email or Vault task.

## Prerequisites
Before configuring this feature in your Vault, you must:

- <a href="/en/lr/659186/">Enable PVA Document Distribution via Email</a>

## Overview
To configure Multi-Recipient Distribution for PVAs, you must <a href="/en/lr/26387/#copy-a-layout">copy the standard layout</a> for the _PVA Obligation_ object and <a href="/en/lr/26387/#set-a-default-layout">set it as the default</a>.

Alternatively, you can [update the  _PVA Obligation_ object layout][1].

## Update the PVA Obligation Object Layout {#update-pva-obligation-object-layout}
To update the  _PVA Obligation_ object layout:
1. Navigate to **Admin > Configuration > Objects > PVA Obligation > Layouts** and select your current default _PVA Obligation_ layout.
2. Below the _Task Instructions_ section, insert a new <a href="/en/lr/26387/#how-to-add-sections">related object section</a> for the _PVA Obligation - Contact Join_ object and populate the fields as follows, then select **Done**:
    - **Section Label**: Enter `Additional Recipients`
    - **Creation Option**: Select **Create record in new page**
3. Select **Save**.
