About the Feature
Support for local Case import was added to Vault Safety in 23R1. This feature allows importing local Cases to Inbox Items from an E2B or Intake API source. The system can then map localized values to the corresponding localized Inbox Item fields.

Enable Localization-Based Mapping on Import
Go to Admin > Settings > Safety General Settings and select the Enable Localization-based Mapping on Import checkbox.
