About the Feature
With the 24R3 release, users can capture additional information on Safety Investigation records. For example, Safety Investigations now support entering descriptions, tracking due dates, and entering the rationale for the validation outcome and disposition.
After you have configured this feature, see Signal Management for more information.
Update the Safety Investigation Layout
To update the Safety Investigation layout with additional fields:
- Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Safety Investigation > Layouts > Safety Investigation Detail Page Layout.
- In the Details section, add the following fields:
- Description
- Due Date
- Validation Outcome Rationale
- Disposition Rationale
- Select Save.
