Learn how to configure your Vault for making Product and Study Registrations inactive.

About the Feature

With the 24R1 release, Vault Safety enables setting Product and Study Registrations to a Deleted State state type so the Safety Rule Engine no longer considers them when determining a Case’s reportability. Previously, registrations were transitioned to the Inactive lifecycle state, which caused issues in some follow-up situations.

To use this feature, complete the configuration described below, then see Manage Products: Make a Product Registration Inactive and Manage Studies: Make a Study Registration Inactive for more information.

Add State, State Type, and User Actions to the Product Registration and Study Registration Lifecycles
