Enable the Multi-Product Selector for Study Products on Inbox Items

With the 23R2 release, Veeva Safety supports the multi-product selector on Inbox Items. The multi-product selector allows Intake users and Case Processors to add multiple Study Products at once to Inbox Items.

Enable the Specify Study Products Action on Inbox Items

Perform the following configuration on the Inbox Item layout to enable the Specify Study Products action:

1. Go to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Inbox Item > Inbox Item Detail Page Layout.
2. In the Products section, select the Edit icon. The Edit Product window appears.
3. Set the Show Specify Study Products Action value to True.
4. Select Done.
5. Save the page.
