With the 26R2 release, Veeva Safety supports excluding reporter information when sending CIOMS I forms to certain partners. Previously, Vault always populated the name and address of the primary Case Reporter in the CIOMS I form field 25b. Using the new Exclude Reporter Info in CIOMS I (25b) field, you can configure whether to include or exclude these details for each Partner type of Organization. After you have configured this feature, see Manage Organizations for more information on updating applicable partners.
Update the Organization Layout
Add the Exclude Reporter Info in CIOMS I (25b) field to the applicable layout for the Partner object type of the Organization object.
