Enable Customize Sender Email Address for PVA Document Distribution

With the 24R3 release, you can configure Vault to send Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) emails using your email domain instead of the default “@veevavault.com”. This avoids issues with recipient email systems that mark emails that do not come from the sender’s email domain as suspect.

Update the PV Agreement Layout

Complete the following steps to add the Originating Email field to the PV Agreement object layout:

1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > PV Agreement > Layouts > PV Agreement Detail Page Layout.
2. In the Details section, add the Originating Email field.
3. Select Save.
