Learn how to enable your Vault to support multi-Case CSV and multi-CSV ZIP data import to Inbox Items.

About the Feature

In 23R3, Vault Safety supports bulk importing data from a multi-Case CSV file to Inbox Items. The system extracts data from the CSV file and imports it to Inbox Item fields.

In 24R1, support was added to import multi-CSV ZIP files to Inbox Items. A new object, Tabular Source Files, was added to Vault Safety in addition to Tabular Data Format layout configuration updates.

After completing the enablement on this page, see Manage Safety Inbox Loader Multi-Case Tabular Data Import to set up field and code mapping and About Multi-Case Tabular Data Import for information on preparing the multi-Case CSV or ZIP file to create Inbox Items.
