About the Feature
With the 23R3 release, Vault Safety includes Agency-specific methods for Substance matching during cross reporting. This feature supports Agencies that require Case Substances to match exactly with Agency-registered Substances. With the added flexibility, for each agency, Admins can set cross reporting evaluations of Case Substances as a subset, a partial match, or an exact match.
Complete the configuration described below, and then see Manage Organizations: Add an Organization and Cross Reporting: Cross Reporting Substance Matching for more details on working with the feature.
Add the Cross Reporting Substance Lookup Method Field to Organizations
Complete the following steps to add the Cross Reporting Substance Lookup Method field to the Organization object.
- Go to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Organization > Agency Detail Page Layout.
- In the Details section, add the Cross Reporting Substance Lookup Method field.
- Select Save.
