Enable Order PSMF Logbook by Section/Annex

Learn how to configure your Vault to order entries in the PSMF Logbook according to your preferences.

About the Feature

With the 24R2 release, you can choose whether your PSMF Logbook is ordered by date of entry or by the order of the PSMF’s sections and annexes.

Follow the steps on this page to configure this feature in your Vault.

Enable Setting for PSMF Logbook Ordering

Complete the following steps to determine how your Vault should order the PSMF Logbook:

1. Go to Admin > Settings > SafetyDocs Settings.
2. Select Edit.
3. In the PSMF Logbook Ordering field, select from the following options:
   • Order by Date of Entry
   • Order by Section/Annex
4. Select Save.
