The tabs that appear in the navigation bar depend on your account permissions and your Vault’s custom configuration.

Ad Hoc Reports

Use the Ad Hoc Reports tab to create Workbench Reports for analyzing a high volume of case data. You can create flexible reports with specific filters and criteria to generate an output. Create, view, and manage Workbench Reports in the Workbench > Ad Hoc Reports tab.

Dashboards

Use the Dashboards tab to create Workbench Dashboards to display and analyze case data across various Workbench Reports. Create, view, and manage Workbench Dashboards in the Workbench > Dashboards tab.

Report Sets

Use the Report Sets tab to create Workbench Report Sets to manage multiple Workbench Reports with a common purpose. From a report set, you can add filters that apply to all reports within the report set. You can also run and download all the reports in the report set at once.
