About the Feature
With the 24R3 release, Case Processors can perform duplicate detection during Case processing to compare the current Case against all other Cases and Inbox Items.

Add User Action to Case Lifecycle
To configure the Duplicate Search on Case user action on the Case object lifecycle, navigate to Admin > Configuration > Object Lifecycles > Case Lifecycle and then add the user action to the applicable Case Lifecycle object lifecycle states.
