Learn how to configure your Vault to retransmit full-text literature documents when generating E2B reports for literature cases.
About the Feature
With the 24R3 release, when generating E2B files, Vault Safety can now retransmit literature documents that are attached to Literature Article records. This feature supports reporting on cases created from literature articles in your SafetyDocs Vault and eliminates the need to copy and reclassify documents manually after Inbox Item promotion.

Update the Localized Case Document Layout
Complete the following steps to update the Localized Case Document layout:
- Navigate to Admin > Configure > Objects > Localized Case Document > Layouts > Localized Case Document Detail Page Layout.
- In the Details section, add the following fields:
- Retransmit
- Publication Country
- Literature Classification
- Select Save.
Update the Literature Article Layout
Complete the following steps to update the Literature Article layout:
- Navigate to Admin > Configure > Objects > Literature Article > Layouts > Literature Article Detail Page Layout.
- In the Reference Information section, add the Vancouver Citation (English) field.
- Select Save.
