In Vault Safety 20R2, there is a visual error in which the Medical Review Timeline will display 2 seperate dates when the Onset Date and the Cessation Date are the same day.
Header of Timeline View Does Not Display Correctly when Case Adverse Event has both Start and End Dates Configured

In Vault Safety 20R2, there is a visual error in which the Medical Review Timeline will display several misplaced date ranges in the header of the timeline when the case adverse event has both start and end dates configured. This visual header error can be observed in several of the Zoom ranges which can be selected at the top of the Medical Review Timeline.
Case is Created Successfully when State Entry Criteria is Not Satisfied

In Vault Safety 20R2, there is a case error which allows a case to be created successfully without sufficient data entry criteria. No error message is displayed in response to insufficient data entry. This error is produced in two areas:
- Follow-Up Case
- Initial Case
