Application Licensing for Active Case Versions

Learn about license information for tracking active Case versions in Safety Management.

About Active Case Version License Information

Application licensing in Safety Management is based on the number of approved Case versions in your Vault. Monitoring your own active Case usage can help you determine the most suitable application license type.

This information is available in the Admin > Settings > License Information section. You can access details such as:

  • The Term or renewal frequency (for example, annual)
  • The license Start Day
  • The number of Active Case Versions currently used in your Vault.
    To calculate the number of Active Case Versions, the system considers all Initial Cases as well as any Follow-up Cases that are approved.
    An up-to-date count can be delayed by up to one (1) hour.

Note Since this feature is released during the 23R3 license period, the new active Case count license information will not be accurate until you begin your next license period.
