Learn how to configure your Vault so that users can generate E2B files in a readable format.
About the Feature
With the 24R3 release, Vault Safety generates E2B(R2) and (R3) renditions in a readable format with clear language and structured formatting. Users can also download the E2B renditions in PDF format. By offering an alternative to reading XML files, readable renditions improves the review process of E2B files during submissions, distributions, inspections, audits, and other routine quality checks.

Configure the Generate E2B Readable Rendition Action
Add the Generate E2B Readable Rendition user action to all applicable states of the following document lifecycles as follows:
- AER Lifecycle: Create a rule with no conditions.
- Case Generated Document Lifecycle: Create a rule to perform conditionally when Subtype > equals > Case > Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR).
