Learn how to configure your Vault to support Local Receipt Date and Local New Info Date overrides on Localized Cases.

About the Feature

For PMDA E2B(R3) Submissions, local Case Processors can now enter values for Receipt Date and New Info Date, overriding the dates from related Global Cases. This feature introduces two (2) new fields on Localized Cases, Local Initial Receipt Date and Local New Info Date, offering greater alignment with PMDA and NMPA guidelines.

Update the Localized Case Layout

Complete the following steps to add the Local Initial Receipt Date and Local New Info Date fields to Localized Cases.

  1. Go to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Localized Case > Layouts > Localized Case Detail Page Layout.
  2. In the Details section, add the following fields:
    • Local Initial Receipt Date
    • Local New Info Date
  3. Select Save.
