Learn how to enable the Rule Engine Destination Evaluation Log in your Vault.
About the Feature
Introduced in the 23R2 release, Veeva Safety logs the Destinations evaluated by the Evaluate Reporting Obligations action. Vault users can download this log from a Case after performing the Evaluate Reporting Obligations action to see whether the Case passed one or more of the associated Destination’s safety rules.
Configure the Rule Engine Destination Evaluation Log
- Go to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Case.
- Select Actions.
- From the All Actions menu, select Edit Object Type Actions.
- Select the Download Submission Rule Log checkbox in the Case (
case__v) column. - Click Save.
