With the 26R1 release, Vault supports the Information Component (IC) advanced calculation for disproportionality reporting. Signal Calculations using the IC statistical method offer high confidence when detecting Product-Event Combinations (PECs) in small sample sizes. Update the following object layouts:
Statistical Data Layout
To update the Statistical Data object layout, add the following fields to the Data section:
- IC
- IC-Bayes
- IC005
- IC025
- Prior Used
Signal Calculation Layout
To update the Signal Calculation object layout, in the Details section, add the Prior Used field after the Calculation field. Then, create a layout rule for the Prior Used field with the following configuration:
- Label: Enter
Hide if not IC. - IF this Layout Rule Expression is TRUE: Enter
Not(calculation__v = 'ic__v'). - Apply the following display effects: Select Hide > Fields > Prior Used.
