With the 26R1 release, you can now create a template with custom styling for Workbench Reports. Users can then apply your template across reports for consistent branding. After you have configured this feature, see Manage Workbench Reports for more information.
Update Object Layouts
Add the Apply Default Style Template field to the following object layouts:
- Workbench Report > Workbench Report Detail Page Layout
- Workbench Report > Workbench Report Definition Detail Page Layout
- Workbench Report Definition > Workbench Report Definition Detail Page Layout
Configure a Default Workbench Template
Contact your Veeva Representative to obtain a blank style template with proper formatting. Then, customize the template’s style according to your business needs. To add the template to your Vault:
- Navigate to Business Admin > Templates.
- Expand Base Document > Workbench and select Default Workbench Template.
- Select Create and then Document Template.
- On the Create Document Template page, complete the following information:
- Type: Select Basic Document Template.
- Label: Enter a name for the default Workbench Report template.
- Name: Enter
workbench_default_template__c. - File Details: Select Upload File to upload your custom style template to Vault.
- Select Save.
