Enable Case-Level Reportability Indicator

Learn how to configure your Vault to prioritize Case workload using the Case Reportability indicator.

About the Feature

With the 24R3 release, users can prioritize more reportable Cases using the Case Reportability value Vault assigns the Case record.

After you have configured this feature, see Enter Case Data for more information.

Update the Case Layouts

Complete the following steps to add the Case Reportability field to the Case Page Layout, QC, and Medical Review layouts:

1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > Case > Layouts > [layout].
2. In the Details section, add the Case Reportability field.
3. Select Save.
