About the Feature
With the 25R1 release, Vault Safety simplifies unblinding Study Products. This feature removes the manual work of unblinding each Study Product when processing Cases for Studies without Study Arms. You can configure the new Unblind Study Product action as a user action or entry action, based on your business process. This improved process makes it easier to manage complex studies with multiple blinded products.

Prerequisite
Before configuring this feature in your Vault, you must enable Clinical Trials: Isolate Blinded Product Information.
Configure the Unblind Study Product Action on Cases
To configure the Unblind Study Product action, assign the action to the Case object, and then, in accordance with your business process, you can:
- Add the action as an entry action to the applicable states of the Case object lifecycle.
- Add the action as a user action to the applicable states of the Case object lifecycle.
