With the 26R1 release, Veeva Safety adds visibility to the status of generating Transmission documents. The new Transmission Document Status field indicates when Vault is generating documents. When generation completes, Vault clears the field.

On the Transmission object, add the Transmission Document Status field to the following object types:
- Early Notification
- Submission
- Distribution
