Learn how to configure your Vault to override Localized Narratives on foreign follow-up Cases with the content from related global Case Narratives.
About the Feature
With the 24R3 release, Admins can now configure an action to override the Localized Narrative content on foreign follow-up Cases, replacing the content based on the Global Narrative document. This is useful in reporting situations that require translations based on the latest global narratives and saves the effort of manually copying the narrative content to the Localized Narrative. When configured, users can automatically also override existing Localized Narratives based on related domestic Case Narratives.

Configure the Sync Global Narrative to Local Narrative Action
Assign the Sync Global Narrative to Local Narrative action to the Localized Case object and configure it according to your business requirements. You can add this action to Localized Case Lifecycle object lifecycle states as an entry action and a user action. Configure the action to perform conditionally when Case > Initial Case is not blank.
