About the Feature
With the 25R2 release, Safety provides the ability to include Fatal Adverse Events in the Cause of Death Column of the DSUR aggregate report by enabling the Display additional fatal events in Cause of Death on List of Subjects Who Died application setting.

Enable Application Setting
To enable the application setting for this feature:
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Application Settings > Aggregate Report Settings.
- Select Edit.
- Select the Display additional fatal events in Cause of Death on List of Subjects Who Died checkbox.
- Select Save.
